The project involves a comprehensive transformation of this much-loved 12-storey building, including the creation of 99 new hotel rooms across the upper floors, a beautiful new café pavilion and first-floor terrace, a stunning courtyard infill scheme, and a full façade restoration — all carefully designed to respect and enhance the building’s distinguished character.
Working alongside The Client, Realreed Limited, the proposals celebrate everything that makes Chelsea Cloisters special — from its mansard roof to its elegant Sloane Avenue frontage — while breathing new life into the building for residents, hotel guests, and the wider Chelsea community.
