Daniel Wall brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in project management and cost consultancy, with a proven track record across the commercial, luxury residential, hospitality, education, healthcare and retail sectors.
Throughout his career, Daniel has advised globally recognised clients including Apple, Tiffany & Co., Sunset Hospitality Group, Morgan Stanley and multiple international insurers. While his roots are firmly in London, Daniel’s experience spans the wider EMEA region, giving him a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and procurement practices.
As CEO and Founder of Insight, Daniel sets the tone for the business—professional, collaborative and always adding value. Tom Watkins
Managing Director
Tom Watkins brings over 15 years of industry experience to his role as Managing Director at Insight, where he leads with a balance of technical expertise and commercial foresight. His background spans both cost and project management across a broad range of sectors, including luxury retail, high-end hospitality, private residential and commercial fit out. Tom’s depth of experience allows him to anticipate the challenges that come with complex projects and proactively deliver practical, value-driven solutions that meet both budget and programme expectations.
Tom’s leadership is defined by a commitment to quality, collaboration and client satisfaction. He believes the success of any project lies in clear communication, trust and the ability to align client vision with delivery strategy. Jonathan Williams
Director
Jonathan is a member of the RICS with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has a wealth of experience to draw upon, leading and managing projects across a wide range of sectors with extensive knowledge of private healthcare, high-end retail and commercial projects, working alongside valued clients such as HCA Healthcare UK, Tiffany & Co, Arc’teryx and the Royal College of Nursing, primarily in the UK along with extensive experience across Europe.
He blends into any project team and is a natural team player. Jonathan has undertaken various roles but his strengths lies in cost management, helping clients to achieve their goals, by understanding and identifying what their needs are and where value can be added. He is a focused and versatile individual who takes pride in producing well thought through, accurate and high-quality work in an efficient and timely manner.

Robert Crozier
Associate
Robert has been at Insight for three years off the back of a decade of experience in quantity surveying, specialising in delivering cost-effective solutions for a wide range of construction projects, with a particular strong track record in the hospitality and retail sector.
From flagship restaurants to multi-site rollouts, he’s supported clients through early stage of development—providing detailed cost planning, procurement strategies and contract administration to ensure smooth delivery and quality.
While hospitality and retail remains a core strength, Robert’s knowledge and experience extends across residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects. Adapted to client’s reporting needs and results-driven approach, he is backed by a deep understanding of construction costs, sector niches and stakeholder priorities.

With 9 years of industry experience, George brings a unique perspective shaped by a strong foundation in facilities management and a seamless transition into quantity surveying. Now focused on cost consultancy, George combines technical cost expertise with a strategic understanding of building performance and client priorities.

Sergio Granda
Junior Cost Consultant
Sergio joins Insight as a Junior Cost Consultant, beginning his professional journey into the world of quantity surveying. Under the guidance of our senior surveyors and experienced Directors, he is developing his technical knowledge and commercial awareness across all stages of project delivery.
Alongside his role at Insight, Sergio is also undertaking a formal degree in Quantity Surveying, reinforcing his practical experience with academic learning. As he grows into the role, he’ll quickly become familiar with Insight’s values – adding value, solving problems and delivering exceptional service. Rupert Gray

Rupert is a Junior Cost Consultant at Insight, supporting cost management across commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
He assists with cost planning, tender analysis, procurement support and financial reporting from early feasibility through to completion. His responsibilities include preparing estimates, tracking variations and maintaining accurate cost data to support informed decision-making.
Working closely with senior team members, Rupert continues to develop his technical capability across projects in the UK and EMEA, contributing to the consistent, value-focused service Insight delivers.
